Told 2 hours. I had to leave after 2.5hours and still not ready so had a hire car for appt and then returned to collect car. But was advised that it failed mot due to cut in tyre. So returned next day and was advised would take an hour but was 1.45

Efficient, friendly & polite staff throughout drop off and pick up. Courtesy car available for me to get home and back for what would otherwise have been two 2-mile walks and a train journey. Beautiful courtesy clean, too.

First booking I arrived and was told they couldn't do the work as someone was meant to call me and hadn't. Rebooked, 10mins away was called to say the parts had been forgotten so couldn't do again. Third time rebooked arrived and couldn't check in

You Create a Vehicle Health Check in the morning but don't email me this until late afternoon 10 mins before sending me a Service Payment which doesn't give anyone enough time to review or approve any work- I had to take it elsewhere to get work done

The service on the day seemed fine - and my car was returned to me in the late afternoon with an new MOT and service compl. However, next morning, I received the customary citnow video showing that I had a nail in a tyre and a leaking suspension bush

Whilst very satisfied there are a couple of minor points - drivers seat and steering wheel adjustments, acknowledging these can be readjusted to one's personal liking, you would expect things to be as you left them.

Generally happy, service & MOT were completed on time with no major issue. A probably minor issue (very small oil leak) was identified. I think I would have preferred if they had contacted me and asked if I wanted it to be investigated further.

When I collected my car I was told the window wipers were damaged and I needed new ones. I wasn't given the opportunity for Mini to replace them. My handbrake wasn't on when I got to my car, and it hadn't been cleaned.

We were kept waiting for 20 minutes when collecting the car, we were told it was 2 years to the next service but the car is telling us it's 1 year, so we need to come back for that to be reset. Can we be contacted reference this.

I have emailed multiple times with no response regarding my Approved Used MINI. In September I was told brake discs required replacement, yet in January another technician said no replacement was needed. Unacceptable and damages trust

Had to bring car back twice after original service date, 1st to have a micro filter fitted that was not available at point of service & wait 2.5 hours then 2nd to have service light reset as this had not completed.
