Told 2 hours. I had to leave after 2.5hours and still not ready so had a hire car for appt and then returned to collect car. But was advised that it failed mot due to cut in tyre. So returned next day and was advised would take an hour but was 1.45

The staff are very welcoming and George who has looked after my car for 10 years was very helpful as usual, The health check is very informative and George explained one issue that needs to be fixed.

Efficient, friendly & polite staff throughout drop off and pick up. Courtesy car available for me to get home and back for what would otherwise have been two 2-mile walks and a train journey. Beautiful courtesy clean, too.

1.Senior technician gave incorrect advice. 2.No vehicle wash and vacuum despite requesting this. 3.Had BMW UK credit to use, took nearly two weeks to send revised credit remaining email.
