I had clear communication throughout the process the only thing that would have been helpful would have been to have the reg plate sent over once assigned. That said when I called Natalie she was great and helped.

Somewhat annoyed to find that although I had taken out a Service Contract and paid in full some months ago I was told you had no record of this. It was resoved following a call to my home to find the invoice.

Then told couldn't be fixed that day but not drivable no courtesy car available. This was about 4:00pm so basically arrange a lift home from work and back the next day. Getting hold of someone impossible eventhough staff clearly doing nothing

We understand it was a new system, but there did seem to be a huge amount of emails, apps to be loaded and duplicates of everything
