I dropped a star because the issue was not resolved due to a design fault in my Mini. I repeatedly had an error message about the Drive Chain. Sam the service manager explained that although it was checked the message couldn't be removed.

Told 2 hours. I had to leave after 2.5hours and still not ready so had a hire car for appt and then returned to collect car. But was advised that it failed mot due to cut in tyre. So returned next day and was advised would take an hour but was 1.45

The staff are very welcoming and George who has looked after my car for 10 years was very helpful as usual, The health check is very informative and George explained one issue that needs to be fixed.
