Small items one would expect as standard not included meaning more admin and a visit to Mini to collect. Particularly, lack of footmats and Importantly no second key. My new Samsung doesn't allow a phone as a key for security reasons.

The person in charge was very nice and explained what was happening and gave a good discount. But very disappointed my car was essentially forgotten and had to come back again for the final things. This ain't the first time it's happened to me.

I mentioned when I dropped the car that there was an issue with the indicators which doesn't seem to have been addressed. The car wasn't cleaned to a very high standard. The person I spoke to was very pleasant though.

Really good service. Booking was easy and my car was ready within almost an hour which was great! There was a slight disagreement on the tyres which I was told were illegal despite the car passing its MOT recently but I clarified this over the phone.

Great service. Gave 4 stars as I needed a new tyre which unfortunately wasnt in stock so after waiting for nearly 3 hours had to arrange for someone to pick me up and then had to collect my car the next day.

I love George, but two trips and 4 surveys for one MOT is too much. Especially the incessant surveying is just not necessary. In the 2 full days it took met to get an MOT, you spent more time on asking me survey questions than asking whether my car

Excellent service - I had my MOT done and a air-con refresh while waiting and able to work in Mini / BMW premises, which was great. On top of that I had a free health check and a car wash - what's not to like? Highly recommended!

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of update. I called to check on my car at the end of the day only to find my car hadn't been looked at due to staff shortages. No one answers the telephone either.

I was pressured & scared into having my brake pads changed (advised they could go within the next 5-50miles), leaving me with no choice but to pay a big bill and get them done on the day. If this was so urgent it should have shown on MOT.

I had an appointment to service my MINI. I had to wait 5 hours. No one come up and talked to me nor progress of the circumstances. I asked reception only to be told to sit down. Very rude. I had to answer a text to pay my bill. Very insulted.

all was good and as expected. but the whole "giving the customer and experience" when you drop off and pick up a car from service. is a waist of my time. I just want to drop the key, pick up the car and pay the bill. no sit down, no coffee, etc.

Overall a very good service. However, an advisory was given because they incorrectly identified the tyres as Winter tyres when they are in fact All Season tyres. I sent an email on this, but have not heard anything back or reply.

Great service from Mini folk but let down by Enterprise car rental for the courtesy car. We were told to collect from their depot and not your showroom. We got it sorted but all down to us.
