I gave the high score because everything went soothly and the person I dealt with delivered my car personally and ensured I understood any changes.

The atmosphere at the centre was excellent. I was kept inlormed from when the car was first ordered until delivery.

As Tyler, who sold me the Mini was on holiday, he arranged for Natalie to hand over the Mini on an earlier date than his return. I look forward to the 'follow up' visit to discuss aspects of the car i might have questions for in a weeks time.

Tyler and Stuart were fantastic to deal with. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and we had a great rapport with them. It made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Although the wrong car was delivered to the showroom the day I was meant to pick it up, it gave gave me an opportunity to rethink my ideas and got a new car 5 days later

The computer system was slow and there was a large amount of paperwork. Both of these aspects should be improved.

Very satisfied with the whole experience. Tyler Clayton was very informative about Motability and related paper work. Also made the experience very hassle free.

No clarity on when vehicle work might be done. Did a review of potential issues without my known approval. Constantly being sold to but often the incorrect products.

I was told I could have my car back after 3 hours only to be told on going in they needed it overnight

Overall it was okay - Only thing I would say that was an improvement was that my car was booked in for a Service and MOT but only the MOT was needed but I was not told this until collecting my car - Would have been good to advise before.

Although the service provided was good, I am still waiting for my documents to be sent through as I don't know the breakdown of cost. I was verbally told on the day, but no documentation given yet.
