This was a very anxious experience for me, as due to illness I hadnt driven in many years. Louis Farrell was so kind and patient. He didn't ever make me feel that I needed to hurry or he didn't have time for me.

On collection my car was presented to me as a special experience, no bow nothing special just outside. Still had water marks on outside a couple of marks inside that all had to be rubbed down after we pointed them out. And also noted a small dent

Predominately due to the service we received from our Sales person Rabia Ali. Rabia provided regular updates, answered any questions I had promptly. Rabia really helped make the whole experience very special.

I was left with plastic in my car and it was uncleaned even though I was told it would be cleaned. On the video a dent in my wheel is urgent, but when picking up my car I'm told it's not a big issue, confusing recommendations

I took a day off work to have brake pads and discs replaced. I wasn't able to get a hire car because there were none available. I brought my car in early and spent most of the day waiting, only to be told not all the parts had been ordered.
