Kriste could not have been more helpful. She kept me informed when the mini was expected. I wanted to test drive the mini on the motorway she was going to be away for a few days but Kriste sorted with Natalie to have a car avilble for me.

On collection my car was presented to me as a special experience, no bow nothing special just outside. Still had water marks on outside a couple of marks inside that all had to be rubbed down after we pointed them out. And also noted a small dent

I would have liked to have had a call when it was ready for collection, I was nearby so called in anyway as it was close to closing time. It was ready but nobody had told me.

The work was carried out as requested. I had a waiting appointment & I was told how long the work would take which was correct. Car was cleaned inside & out which was great.

My service advisor, George, explained the work needed in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. The work was completed on time at the stated cost and the necessary paperwork provided. The car returned to me having been thoroughly washed and cleaned.

Overall a very good service. However, an advisory was given because they incorrectly identified the tyres as Winter tyres when they are in fact All Season tyres. I sent an email on this, but have not heard anything back or reply.

Great service from Mini folk but let down by Enterprise car rental for the courtesy car. We were told to collect from their depot and not your showroom. We got it sorted but all down to us.

I took a day off work to have brake pads and discs replaced. I wasn't able to get a hire car because there were none available. I brought my car in early and spent most of the day waiting, only to be told not all the parts had been ordered.

Electric charger flap fault, despite being booked weeks in advance workshop did not have part so had to stay in 2 days. Tyre was identified as needing urgent replacement but tyre machine was broken and could not advise when the work could be done.

When we came to collect the car we were asked to wait at the tables as normal. A few minutes later a young lady (receptionist) literally threw the keys and paperwork on the table and walked off without asking if we had any questions etc. Unacceptable

Whilst George at Mini Reading gives a five start service every time, I am only giving three stars this time as my electric car would not charge when it was returned to me. I have had to return the car to mini to fix this major issue.

The lost star is due to the recurring inability to get an answer whenever you ring in and the second inability to talk to the branch and getting a call centre.you end up going through sales to get service!
