Again, Kriste was ready and expecting me to arrive and had everything in place for the smooth handover of the car. Kriste understood my level of car knowledge and really took her time to talk me through the features on the car.

Had to bring car back twice after original service date, 1st to have a micro filter fitted that was not available at point of service & wait 2.5 hours then 2nd to have service light reset as this had not completed.

I have emailed multiple times with no response regarding my Approved Used MINI. In September I was told brake discs required replacement, yet in January another technician said no replacement was needed. Unacceptable and damages trust

There is very little human interaction. No one wants to talk to you. Trying to get the car back was excruciatingly difficult. No one seemed bothered, even when asking people to help.

Incredibly and almost impossibly expensive. That's why I rarely get my car serviced at a Mini centre. It costs twice the price of a local garage. If Mini BMW spent less on massive Car centres, they could offer more reasonable prices to customers
